Has anyone used Vitex and it helped to regulate your periods?

I just started using Vitex yesterday. I was wondering if anyone has used it and started havin regular cycles. Mine have been irregular for over a year now. Im only 27 so I know its not menopause. any advice? Thank you for no rude comments.
