How to convince my boyfriend that i really love him?

my boyfriend and i had fight long ago over one of my friend , we used to fight alot and in the course of i have started disliking him a bit and his lies, his over reactions, his allegations pinch me alot ; i am not able overcome this and because that stress of fights i am suffering from hyper-thyroid , i am depressed and my boyfriend doesnot understand my problem he thinks I am over reacting , i am very upset very upset and its a symptom of that disease . but i cant live without him so i dont have option of leaving him ,so what to do .... i have spoken to him but he gets upset as he thinks i try to make him realise about his mistakes but i dont i just share my feeling , he thinksi crip over things without reason; and even thinks i dont love him
