Need help(info)from woman who has gone through menopause?

i am 36 years old and 3 months ago had a abdominal hysterectomy(cervix removed as well) now in 12 days i have to go have my ovarie's removed( cyst's is the reason)uterus was removed due to borderline precancer,what will i go through dureing menopause and how bad is it? i'm already kinda moody and sleep maybe 4-5 hours a nite-so will that part get worse.like i said i am only 36 years old so i am still kinda young for this.please help worried about the menopause thing.
