How much would it cost to repair this guitar, and how much could i sell it for?

It may be worth more if you don't restore it. Hopefully one of the more experienced guys will chime in on this one. That is a pretty valuable guitar you have. If it were mine I'd find a reputable person to appraise it. They could also tell you how reconditioning the guitar would affect the value. I think I added a link in another question of yours for an 80's model that was going for $2799.
