I binged on memorial day, what should I do?
I have struggled with anorexia for three years now. My most severe is when I ate 2 handfuls of broccoli and day and ended up losing 60 pounds during the summer and fall. I went to a treatment program last october and was fine but I started to relapse this august. I have been down to eating tfour handfuls of broccoli a day, But today I dinged and ate 2 pop tarts and a 6 pack of beer, since it was a holiday and we had a family barbeque. But I feel really guilty about consuming those calories. What should I do? I am one that believes I do not deserve calories....should I run 5 miles in the morning?
