Have you heard that if democrats gain control of both houses of congress,they will impose a"fairness doctrine"?

This is a doctrine that is designed to shut down right wing talk radio, by requiring equal time for all viewpoints....making it financially impossible for radio stations to continue airing right wing talk show hosts(Demogogs some of them may be, yes), but I heard about something called free speech in America's constitution. I am wondering how many of my democratic and left wing friends(yes most of my friends are) will stand up and fight for free speech, that they don't agree with??
