How do you not get pissed at exams?

I mean come on, I just can't take it anymore, I open my notebook and it just pisses me off that I have to know what...a mathematical pendulum is or how the 2 stupid oscillation can be morphed. I can't even be cool about it because the exam is on Sunday. SO yeah...
