How well will CoD4 run on my laptop?

I have an Intel Pentium Dual core 2.1GHz, 800MHz FSB. 3GB ram, and an Intel GMA 4500M. Im not a major gamer I just wondered if it would run OK, dont mind if I have to lower the graphics either. Basically will it be laggy/choppy, if so I'll leave it.
