Ladies hlp plzzz??????/?

yesturday i started to feel a burning feeling by my vulva area when i wipe down there or after i wipe when i go to make a pee it burns down there. not when i pee but when i wipe. today i got a mirrior to look down there and it was very red and swollen looking i'm scared after taking a shower today i went to dry down there with the towel and it burned. do any ladies know what this could be? any help would be appreciated i'm making a docs appointment this week thanks ladies
