It's an 80s song. I heard it on Family Guy episode - Let's go to the hop - I thought it was Billy Ocean. But on iTunes Ocean has no song called that and when I typed in the title a band called 'The Countdown Singers' comes up and the album says 'Ultimate 80s' so it must be them...
