Why am I physically ill from heartache?

I'm so sorry ur going through this. Even though I've never been in your situation, I've had my heart broken several times. That is like the worst pain in the world because not only does it physically hurt but the mental anguish is the thing that threatens to drive you over the edge. So you're not alone. To answer your question about being physically ill from the heartache, it's because what you're feeling is actually real. Someone asked a question like this not to long ago and I thanked them for their answer. The person wrote: "It happens because your brain isn't stimulated and doesn't release enough endorphins and that eventually gets to your heart, which has a harder time pumping the blood without the energy from the endorphins and thats what you feel." As for your situation with the road kill of a baby daddy/ex, please know that KARMA IS REAL AND NO ONE CAN ESCAPE IT. Your pain will subside.........I promise. Finally, look at this as a blessing in disguise. If this guy has all of these negative qualities, please believe me when I tell you that any other woman he deals with will experience his wrath. Unless he goes through a miraculous change/divine intervention, which he probably won't, the women he gets with will not be getting a prize. I hope everything works out for you.
